Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Agreement is signed between the parties listed below within the framework of the terms and conditions stated herein.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees to be obligated to pay the price of the order subject, including any shipping fees, taxes, and other specified additional charges, upon approval of the order subject to the agreement and acknowledges being informed about this matter.

Definitions

In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below will represent the explanations against them:

• LAW: Refers to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
• REGULATION: Refers to the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188),
• SERVICE: Refers to any consumer transaction other than providing goods against payment or benefit,
• SELLER: Refers to the company offering goods to the consumer within the scope of commercial or professional activities, or acting on behalf or account of the goods provider,
• BUYER: Refers to the real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
• SITE: Refers to the SELLER's website,
• ORDERING PARTY: Refers to the real or legal person requesting a good or service through the SELLER's website,
• PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER,
• CONTRACT: Refers to this contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
• GOODS: Refers to the movable goods subject to shopping and software, sound, image, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in the electronic environment.

Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and sale price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

The listed and advertised prices are the sale price. The advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

The main features of the Good/Product/Products/Services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER's website. If a campaign has been organized by the seller, you can review the main features of the relevant product during the campaign. Valid until the campaign date.

The listed and advertised prices are the sales prices. The advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices advertised for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

The total price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.

Security, Privacy, Personal Data, Electronic Communications, and Intellectual Property Rights

The privacy policy and conditions stated below are applicable regarding the protection, confidentiality, processing, and use of information and communications on the SELLER's website.

8.1. The necessary measures for the security of the information and transactions entered by the BUYER on the website have been taken in the system infrastructure, according to the nature of the information and transaction, within the current technical possibilities. However, since the said information is entered from the BUYER's device, it is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure they are protected from and not accessible by irrelevant persons, including taking the necessary measures for harmful applications such as viruses.
