GENERAL TERMS:

• By placing an order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
• Purchasers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the product purchased, along with other applicable laws.
• The cost of shipping the product, including cargo fees, shall be paid by the buyers.
• Each product purchased shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this time frame, buyers have the right to terminate the contract.
• The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, and with all accompanying documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.
• In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within three days of learning this situation. The total price must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:

• If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the transaction in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

TRANSACTIONS WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:

• If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card paid by the buyer was used unjustly by unauthorized persons, and if the product price is not paid to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days at the Seller's shipping expense.

IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN REASONS FOR DELAY IN PRODUCT DELIVERY:

• If unforeseeable force majeure circumstances occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the barrier is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if the payment was made in cash. If the payment was made by credit card and canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

• The Buyer must inspect the product/service before taking delivery; damaged, crushed, torn packaging, etc., damaged and defective goods/services should not be accepted from the courier company. DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

• If the purchase is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for service contracts before the expiry of the withdrawal period if the service is started with the consumer's consent.
